This stock medical exhibit depicts surgical repairs to address non-union of the left jaw. The first illustration shows the pre-operative condition with an external fixation device in place. The second illustration shows the removal of this device. The third illustration shows an incision in the left jaw to expose the non-union site. The fourth illustration depicts the harvesting of bone from the iliac crest. The final two illustrations show the placement of the bone graft.
